Connection to mail server, checking all incoming mail, spam detection and mail receiving itself are marked by a red down arrow on program icon. If the system will require sending messages, at the time of sending a blue up arrow will appear on the icon. Check Mailbox It allows checking mail for incoming messages for a particular mailbox. View Messages It activates the window of message viewing. The list contains existing messages and message headers. Date/time field represents:
Message control buttons function in the following way:
If correspondent's address is present in the list of allowed and forbidden E-mails, "Delete E-mail" button will be active and will be of a corresponding colour and "Add E-mail" button will not be active. If the address is absent from the list "Delete E-mail" button will not be active but "Add E-mail" button will. Red button adds address to the list of forbidden E-mails and green one to the list of allowed E-mails. In the list there is a possibility to view the message. You need to double-click the left button of the mouse on the line with a necessary message. It will activate the window of message viewing. If the window is activated, viewing will change if you select a different message from the list. Message History It activates the window of message history viewing. The messages processed by the system are presented in the list. Down the window, there is a panel of history for a separate message, panel of message selection and correspondent's address control button. Correspondent's address control button is operated the same way as in the window of message viewing. Work Protocol It activates the window with system work protocol. Correspondent's address control button is operated the same way as in the window of message viewing and message history, apart from the fact that there buttons become active when a line containing correspondent's address is selected. Settings While performing this task the program finishes work and switches to setting mode and loads again after it is completed. Boot at Start-up It allows to activate or to deactivate program boot at operational system start-up, which is marked by a tick in front of this item. Language It allows selecting the language of system interface. The system is rebooted when the language is changed. Help Help activation. About the Program It activates the window containing information about system version and its owner. Exit It terminates the work of all the programs of the system. During the work of the system with corresponding setting, two additional windows may pop up: the window of visual notification and the window of conformation request for system action. The window of visual notification presents a list of messages processed by the system. Messages are grouped according to definition category. There is a possibility to view messages. It is necessary to double-click on the filed containing information about the message. The window of conformation request for system action. In the upper part of the window there is a list of messages expecting the conformation of system action. Below, there are elements of message definition and control, preliminary defined by the system. The user has a possibility to change message definition, create a conformation, change "Subject" field or insert "X-MG:" header. To confirm his actions, the user has to press "Execute" button. In this case, the message will be removed from the list and indicated actions will be performed during the next Internet session. If there are no more items in the list, the window will be deactivated. Correspondent's address control button is operated the same way as in the window of message viewing and message history.
