1. I lost my a2 account login details. What should I do now?
   No problem, if you know the email address which you have used for your account.
   Please enter your email address at the Control Center login form only. Click at "Code Lost" to receive an email with your login details.

   Please note, that the a2 account can not be used to log in at the Forum! A separate account is necessary for the forum. But you can view all topics at the forum without a login.
   
   
2. How can I determine if the a2 background guard is running and working correctly?
   Yes.
   a2 is a complementary product to antivirus- and firewall software. a2 was designed to be fully compatible basically with all programs.
   If you encounter a problem in combination with another program, please tell us. We will solve the problem as quickly as possible.
   Please note, that you should turn off other background guards while running a scan with a2. Other guards would check each file twice and the scan would take very long.
