1. Why is some browser history still there after erasing?
   It is strongly recommended that you shutdown all the programs that you want to erase, because some tracks can not be erased when these programs are sill running. For MSN, Opera and Netscape/Mozilla, even you close all the windows of them, maybe their icons still on the system tray (lower right of the screen).
   Please check the system tray (lower right of your screen) to see if there is an icon of them, if you can find, you need to right click on it and close it before cleaning.
   
   
2. What is Secure Erasing?
   When you delete a file from Windows, Windows just mark the file as deleted in file allocation table, and the data of the file is still in your hard disk.
   There are many tools available which can let others easily recover your sensitive files. 123 Cleaner can overwrite file with character zeros, ones and random numbers.
