- Can I use my old Passcards in IntelliLogin when I re-install it?
Yes. Click the "File ->Import Passcard" menu on IntelliLogin's toolbar and choose a folder Passcards file stored.
- Can I export Passcards to a folder?
Yes. Click the "File ->Export Passcard" menu on IntelliLogin's toolbar and choose a folder to store the passcard.
- Where can I active and registry IntelliLogin?
1.Active and registry from "Start Menu -> JJSoft IntelliLogin ->Config Wizard".
2.Active and registry from "Hellp ->Activate IntelliLogin Pro" on IntelliLogin's toolbar.
- Can I change my password and where to do it?
Yes. Click the General button on IntelliLogin's toolbar and Select "Security" tab,then enter you new password below.
- Why IntelliLogin toolbar is not visible?
1. You disabled browser extensions. In IE open "Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced". Look at the Browsing section. The option "Enable third party browser extensions" should be checked. If it is not checked, check it, click OK and restart the computer.
2. IntelliLogin is disabled in Browser AddOns (SP2). In IE open "Tools -> Internet Options -> Programs -> Manage AddOns". Find entry named IntelliLogin, of type explorer bar and enable it.
- How can I customize the IntelliLogin toolbar?
Double click on the IntelliLogin's toolbar on Explorer Bar and "Customize Toolbar" dialog pops up, then you can custom the toolbar.
- Can I delete a Login Info?
Yes, there are two ways to do it.
1.Select a Login Info from listview in InelliLogin and click the Delete Login button on toolbar, then a alert will display and ask you wether to delete it. And then, click "Yes" button to delete it.
2.See "Viewing and Managing Passcard" section.
