iNet Protector works with the AIM and the MSN Messenger just fine. Just click Disable in the iNet Protector window.

- iNet Protector does not work when I log into another user account.
Please make sure that the previous user has logged off and that you are not using the Switch User feature.
iNet Protector does not support Switch User command. You must first log off the previous user before logging into another user account.
To disable Windows XP fast user switching feature and enforce log off:
- Open User Accounts from Windows Control Panel.
- Click Change the way users log on or off.
- Uncheck Use Fast User Switching and click Apply Options.
- iNet Protector password does not work anymore.
Please make sure that you are entering the exact password that you specified in the Settings window. Note that the password is case-sensitive (hello is not the same as HELLO).
If you have ordered the full version, please note that the full version setup password has nothing to do with the iNet Protector password and it is valid only during the setup.
If you are not sure whether the password was specified upon the first use of iNet Protector, please try the blank password (enter nothing in the password box).
- I can't uninstall. The program asks "Please close all instances of iNet Protector."
Launch the iNet Protector and click Settings. On the Options tab, uncheck the option Ask password when exiting iNet Protector.
- My anti-virus says that your software contains virus (false alarm).
This is false alarm due to faulty virus detection algorithm in some versions of McAfee VirusScan and Norton AntiVirus software. You can verify it by scanning our product with any other anti-virus software.
To avoid this false warning, please update your anti-virus software and if that does not work, please disable any unwanted program blocking features. Please refer to your anti-virus software manual and support services on how to do this.
