While ShufflePlay has a fairly accurate bitrate detection system, there are still a few that slip through the cracks. There is a way to catch these, but it would greatly slow down the software, since it would need to play the first few frames of each MP3 that it scanned to verify the bitrate. Maybe a "Use slower high-accuracy bitrate detection" option will be added in the future.2. Tag & Rename doesn't work. Why? Keep experimenting. Be sure to read the Help tab carefully. Once you get the hang of it, tagging and renaming your files will be a piece of cake.3.ShufflePlay crashes when I... Are you using the latest version? If so, please contact us with details about the bug, what error message comes up, and steps to reproduce it. The more information we have, the better chance there will be to fix the problem. 4. ShufflePlay currently supports the ID3v1 specification as extended by the developers of Winamp for consistency. We will move on to support some kind of 'custom genre' system in the future.
