B: Set times by pre-listen that song. Single-click on the file to select it, click "Play" button to play it, click "Set start-time" button to change start-time, click "Set end-time" button to change end-time.

Yes, you can edit the name in Super WMA Cutter Joiner. For cutting, please double-click on the file you want to edit, and then write your file name. For margin, write your file name in save dialog.
- When I create MP3/OGG file, an error "Don't support this MP3/OGG format, please reset." appear, why?
It is because you have set high frequency and low bitrate or have set low frequency and high bitrate. I mean, 48000 Hz frequency will not accept 8Kbps bitrate, please lower the frequency or high the bitrate such as set frequency to 48KHz and bitrate to 128Kbps or set frequency to 8KHz and bitrate to 32Kbps.
- How to get smaller files?
To create small file, please lower the parameters. But the lower the parameters, the lower the quality of your created file, though the smaller the file. In other words, the higher the parameters, the higher the quality of your created file, but the larger the file. Please increase/decrease frequency and bitrate accordingly. I mean, 48000 Hz frequency will not accept 8Kbps bitrate, please lower the frequency or high the bitrate and so on.
