1. How can I select the output-directory?
   Your converted files will be stored in the folder which has been selected in output-directory window or the folder last time you stored your files if you haven't set the output directory this time.
   
   If its the first time you use EASE CD Ripper Plus, the output-directory is "C:\Mp3con".
   
   To set the output-directory by yourself, press "Settings" on the main menu, active "output-format page", then click "Select directory" button, the output-directory window will appear.
   
   
2. Some converted files are very quiet. How do I make them the same volume?
   Press "Settings" on the main menu, active "output format page", then check "Normalize to". This will make sure that all files have a consistent volume.
