Example application of MIDIoverLAN CP MIDIoverLAN CP provides up to 64 NetPort MIDI devices. These ports may be shared in any appropriate way. One (or more) computer may run, for instance, GigaStudio or any other sampling application, while the other may run a sequencer, like Sonar, Cubase or any other. Using MIDIoverLAN CP, the sequencing computer plays the sequence into the sampling machines. In the following example we will connect two PCs, first PC has SONAR installed and the second one has GigaStudio. To do this simply follow steps: Configure "NetPort 1" OUT device on "SONAR PC":
