HS CardReader can recognize text on images and translate them into ASCII text. It`s simple to use: just drag and drop a selected area in the image into an edit box. You can also save the file to vcf Business VCard format and use it in Outlook Express. An interactive help file is included with this package.

Scan a document image from Scanner tab or load an image from Recognition tab
Choose an area using mouse
Press Recognize
