- Can I customize the columns on Invoices to suit my needs?
Yes you can specify the columns you want to use. A service oriented business might just need a "Description" and an "Amount" column. A trading company might need "Serial No#", "Product ID", "Description", "Quantity", "Unit Price" and "Amount" columns. You can even change the column heading as required. You can modify the columns using the menu option : Tools | Options | Body.
- Can InstantInvoice accomodate the tax system in my country?
InstantInvoice can accomodate the tax systems of most countries like the US, UK, Australia, Canada, South Africa, New Zealand and many more. It supports Sales Tax, GST, VAT or other user definable tax systems.
InstantInvice can support tax systems with a single tax level (e.g country wide sales tax)and tax systems with 2 levels of tax like federal and state tax (e.g Canada's GST & PST).
Tax rates are user definable and you can prepare "Tax Invoices" that includes your tax rate, tax amount and Tax Registration number. You can modify the tax settings in InstantInvoice using the menu option : Tools | Options | Footer.
