Software Description:

RelayFax provides full faxing capabilities to your network users. It is a powerful fax server that automates sending; receiving and managing network faxes, and integrates full faxing capabilities directly into your existing email system. It connects to any number of POP mailboxes at scheduled intervals and collects waiting messages. The software then emails, faxes or prints the faxes as defined in the configurable fax rules.

You can use this program to send outgoing faxes and receive incoming faxes without leaving your workstation and convert incoming faxes to various image formats such as TIFF, JPEG and BMP. In addition, the Optical Character Recognition (OCR) can be used to convert faxed images into editable document formats including DOC, PDF and so on.

Also you can send a single fax to multiple destinations and automatically assign specific cover pages or templates to specific users and groups with it. This program supports multiple languages and faxing via boards. RelayFax is equipped with a fax engine that supports many fax modems and Error Correcting Mode (ECM). Its redesigned Modem Configuration interface provides options for controlling COM port baud rate, flow control, fax baud rate, speaker activation and volume, and more. It provides a network-wide fax address book so users can share contacts and save time when faxing to commonly used numbers. Many features can be found in this program. It is very useful, especially in business.
