Faith Visitation Manager 2.1 - User Guide and FAQScreenshots - More DetailsAll date fields have a calendar lookup next to the field. Pressing the plus or minus key will add or subtract one day from the date currently being displayed. There is a short cut to entering dates, enter the month and day, 0101, and then press enter or the tab key and the current year will be filled in automatically. Not everyone is familiar with the in and outs of windows and how windows applications work. First, the entry field where the cursor is located is colored differently than the others. On most monitors the color will be yellow or a burnt yellow. Fields that are required will be aqua. To select multiple records to print mailing labels or data sheets, or to update a modified visit date this program uses marked records. Many of the list box when opened have a dafault sort order. This order can be changed. Each list box has a number of data columns. Not all of these columns are of interest and can be hidden. The currently selected sort column can also be searched to find a specific data record. To help speed data entry many fields have an auto complete feature. Screenshots - More Details |
