Introduction of Hotel Program
Menu Options > Administration
Before we can start checking in customers, we need to add rooms in our hotel program. Go to Options > Administration and click rooms tab to open rooms editor. In picture below, we can already see some sample rooms list. Just like picture below, we can add as many rooms we like using Room Editor.

Food & Beverage editor is another essential tool in Hotel Progrm. This editor allows you to add Food & Beverages items.

Database settings allows you configue Database settings. Here you can choose to use MS access or My SQL.
Note : Hotel Program ran quite slow, while testing with My SQL, cause is still unknown.

In Hotel Program, you can add many users with various privileges. This is important when you want your employee to access only certain part of the program.
Menu Records > New Booking
In Hotel Program, New booking window is designed to check in customers, quickly as possible. First Name, Last Name are the only two required fields. Tariff is auto calculated as you add rooms for the customer.
Menu Records > Customer List
Customer list is an essential tool in Hotel Program. Here you can manage all you customers. You can search, edit customer details, show food & beverages details, make new food & beverages order for the customer and export list to Ms Excel.
