1. What dates are covered?
   January 1st, 1900 through December 31st, 2005
   
   
2. Do I have to be connected to the Internet to use Birthday Bios?
   Only to use the Upgrade Wizard. Otherwise, no.
   
   
3. How do I create my own Birthday Print Templates?
   Start a print in Print Design mode, make the customizations you want, remembering to include extra space for extra characters. When done, choose File | Save As a Template.
   
   
4. How Do I Use the templates I created?
   Open the Print Information Window and input the birthday information. Then select Custom Template from the drop-down Style box. Use the Choose Template... button below to select the template you want to use and click Done.
   
   
5. I can't download from my computer, how can I get an update?
   You can purchase an update CD from our website for a small fee. We recommend you only do this once a year. If you purchased the Birthday Bios CD within 2 months of a major upgrade you can request a free upgrade CD. You will need your registration code and order ID.
   
   
6. I Lost My Registration Code, what can i do?
   Email us with your original order information and we'll send it to you. Then please print it out and keep it for your records just in case.
