How to use CD Start-It Lite
- The first thing to do when creating your CD is to add the files you will want on your CD to the CD Start-It Repository.
- After adding files to the CD, you will see them displayed in the Repository window.
- You can come back at any time during the authoring process to add additional files.
- You can include one or as many Auto Start features as you would like. This section gives a quick overview of what each feature does and how to get it working. You can configure features for your CD by clicking on the buttons in the Configure CD Options category.
- By clicking on these buttons you will be able to customize each aspect of your auto start presentation.
- You can preview your CD at any time by clicking on the Preview button. This will launch your presentation as your end users will view it. Use the Preview button to preview your CD before burning. After configuring your CD the way you want, click Build Auto Start Files. This step finalizes your Repository so it is ready to be burned by writing any last-minute files needed for your CD to auto start. Next, use your favorite CD Burning software to burn all the files in your project repository to the root directory of your CD-R or CD-RW. That's it! Computers which have the "Auto Play" option enabled on their CD-ROM drives will auto start your CD.
