1. Why I cannot download your product?
   If you cannot download the executable file from EDrawSoft.com, please try different download sites listed at my home site. If you continue to have difficulty please e-mail Technical Support with a detailed explanation of the error you are receiving.
   
   
2. How can I Paste Shapes in Microsoft Office?
   You can select multiply shapes and copy (Ctlr+C), then switch to microsoft office product and click paste (Ctlr+V). Or you can save the shape as graphic formats and insert to others programs. Or you may cut a selected region as an image with the crop tool in edraw main toolbar.
   
   
3. How to hide the connection point?
   Using the View / Connection Points menu or the keyboard "Ctrl + Alt + T".
   
   
4. How to manage custom template?
   Firstly new a template and set the edit state by the context menu of template, secondly you can copy shapes from others template and paste to the new template. You can also save shape as a shape or multiply shapes to a shape item file, then Add Shapes to selected template.
   
   
5. How to add a new shape?
   You may insert an image from local disk. Or you can contact our team to help you complete this thing if necessary.
   
   
6. How to convert EDraw document to PDF?
   You only need to install Adobe Acrobat, then print EDraw document to PDF format with Adobe Distiller. You can find the conversion has a very high quality. Or you can install a PDF virtual printer.
   
   
7. How to save drawing to others programs?
   You can selected some shapes and copy directly to others program as an image. Or you may cut the selected region to a graphic file using the crop tool.
   
   
8. How to prearrange working conditions?
   If you have not selected any shapes in the situation, the line setting, fill setting, text setting and shadow setting all will affect shapes familiar which later will increase; If you select many shapes, the setting only affects the selected shapes. Or you may use Shape \ Color Scheme to set the entire color scheme.
