When comparing Excel files, the simplest approach is to select the two files to compare
and then press [Compare].4TOPS Excel Compare subsequently compares all the sheets in the
two files and reports the differences.


When comparing areas in a worksheet you have to decide if the data should be
considered as being in a table (rows or columns) or not (range).
Select table (rows or columns) if you users add and remove row (columns) with data
