Software Description:
ACT-To-Outlook allows you to convert not only contacts but also the ToDo's, Calls, and Meetings from ACT! Databases. Todo's and Calls become Contact-specific Outlook Tasks and Meetings become appointments in Outlook.

ACT-To-Outlook can convert all the main fields that have Outlook equivalents and convert user1 through user 15 ACT fields into Outlook user defined fields. Meetings and appointments are converted into Outlook calendar meetings and appointments. The history for each contact is converted into journal entries in Outlook with it. In addition, all the data related to the contact and accessible through Outlook using the Activities Tab.

You can either convert the whole database using the Convert All button or the Convert Selected that converts contacts you select from a list. For evaluation purposes, you are allowed to convert 20 contacts using the Convert Selected Option. Choose which contacts you want to convert and then convert them into Outlook Contacts.

This software can convert contacts, tasks, appointments, and journal into default folder, and support you manage your Outlook folder. It also has capability of selective field transfer. All notes and history for a contact are converted to become Journal Entries and Notes in Outlook with it.

With ACT-To-Outlook Convert you can select different Outlook folders to convert to.
