How to use Easy PDF Publisher Professional
- Publication from an organized folder
A right click on a folder is enough to catch the structure and the files of a folder and its sub folders to automatically create the PDF publication structure.
- New Publication
You can create a new PDF publication from scratch, from a folder, from an archive (pro version only) or a template (pro version only).
- The workspace
On the left: your publication structure (structured with books, chapters and sub chapters). Drag and drop your Office files directly in the sections.
- Page range
You can choose to convert only a range of pages (of a Word or PowerPoint document), or some sheets (of an Excel file).
- Conversion / PDF Merge
Click on the Publish button to launch the conversion and merge processes. All the documents of the publication will be converted and combined into a single PDF file.
- Custom the PDF file
Click on "Personalize" to add a table of content, bookmarks, a header, page numbers...
