Frequently Asked Questions - One Click PDF
- Can I define my own rules / parameters of conversion to custom my PDF quality (like a job-option with Acrobat Distiller)?
You can easily define your own PDF quality files.
- When I convert an Excel file with One Click PDF, are all the sheets converted?.. Or does One Click PDF create a PDF file per sheet?
Instead of many PDF converters, One Click PDF creates one PDF file per Excel file merging all the sheets of the file. Before inserting a sheet in the PDF file, One Click PDF tests if it is blank or not to provide white pages.
- Is the size of a PDF file lower than the source file?
Actually, if you choose a "low" quality of conversion, the images will be compressed and the final size very low.
- Why the PDF quality is so important?
A PDF file needs a high quality to certify its portability and to archive it without any problem in the future. A simple test, try to modify the text of a PDF file with the tools of Acrobat 7... Only good PDF files will pass the test. One Click PDF 3 uses the Adobe technology that certifies the best PDF quality.
