1. When I start Best Friends, it says "Unable to find 3D Mode". What does that mean?
   
   This usually means you have a PC that is not capable of hardware-accelerated 3D. Most computers 3 years of age or newer can do it just fine, and even many older than that. If you are sure your PC can do it, give our friendly technical support an email and we will do our best to help you out.
