How to modify default paytable

Open Game|Select Poker Machine... dialog.
Select game you want to change paytable for. Table in the right side of the window shows paytable for selected game.
Click Modify Paytable button or right-click selected game in the left side of the window to open context menu for this game and select Modify Paytable item.
