1. There is only a gray screen with no indication about whats going on.
   The initialization of the loading process might take a bit longer than expected due to special configurations and internet conditions, although this shouldn't exceed 5 minutes of loading.
   
   
2. There is only an empty rectangle displayed with a small square, circle and triangle in the top left corner.
   You don't have Java installed on your computer. You need to install Java if you want to play - you probably have Windows XP and that does not include Java by default.
