What do I need to do with my crash report info if my game unexpectedly quits while playing?
You can find the Apple System Profiler if you go to the Applications folder and open the Utilities folder.
1. Launch the Apple System Profiler and save it to your desktop by clicking "file" then selecting "save as".
2. Make sure that the "File Format" box is set to "System Profiler".
3. You can then send it to us in an e-mail.
- After launching the game I downloaded, it won't keep high scores. What can I do?
It appears that you have not installed the game correctly. Follow these steps to install the game.
1. Expand the file you downloaded.
2. The installation window should automatically open. If not, then you will need to double click the white drive icon that has the game name under it.
3. Now, you will need to drag the icon from the installation window, to the desktop. This will install the game.
4. Now launch the game from the alias.
- I' ve been getting system crashes/error messages. What can I do?
Chainz has been tested extensively to make sure it will operate correctly for a wide range of system configurations. If you run into problems with system crashes, error messages or other incorrect behavior, we suggest you first try one of the following:
1) Upgrade your computers sound card drivers. This can be done by identifying the type of sound card your computer is using, and finding the manufacturer"s web site. Or, most drivers will be automatically updated if you follow step #2
2) Upgrade DirectX. This is a Microsoft component and it includes special drivers for video cards and sounds cards for virtually every manufacturer. It is therefore a very large download, but updating DirectX solves nearly all system problems that are encountered with MumboJumbo games. The most recent download location
for DirectX is: http://www.microsoft.com/directx
