Chuzzle Deluxe will run on Windows XP, but you need to have administrator rights to install and run the games properly.
If you are having problems with the game freezing or crashing, please try running the game with Compatibility Mode:
Right click on the shortcut for the game, select properties, check off 'Run this Program in Compatibility Mode. Select Windows 98. You do not need to select any display limitations. Choose Always run this program in Compatibility mode.
Playing the game in a limited account is not recommended as it is in effect limiting the user's ability to modify, create, and access files on the computer. This may affect some aspects of the game, such as creating/changing players, saved games, or high scores.

Please delete the .php extension from the file name, then try opening the file again. The file name should end in .exe (Windows) or .dmg (Mac).
- I get an error when I try to open or run the installer program.
Please delete the setup file, clear your temporary internet cache, and download the game again. Please disable any download accelerators you may be using, as they are often the cause of corrupt files.
- I've got a Mac! Help!
If you're having trouble with one of the games, there are a couple of things you should try. First, select "System Preferences...", under the Apple menu. When the System Preferences panel opens, select "Software Update" and then click on the "Check Now" button. Install any updates that it finds, and reboot the machine if it asks you to. Repeat this process until the Software Update panel tells you that your software is completely up to date.
If you've replaced the video card that originally came with your machine, or if you've added additional video cards, you'll want to visit the manufacturer's website and be sure that you have the latest drivers installed. Otherwise, the system updates will include all of the changes you need to worry about.
If you're still having problems, try playing the game when no other applications are running - some programs run tasks in the background that may cause the game to hang or get stuck. The last thing to try, if you're still having problems, would be to open your Home directory, then the "Library" folder, and then the "Preferences" folder. Find the file named "com.popcap..plist" (Where "" is actually the name of the game you're having trouble with, like "Bejeweled" or "Alchemy") and drag that folder to the trash. The next time you start up the game, some of your settings may need to be changed, but sometimes that file can be corrupted; throwing it out starts over fresh with a new copy that may solve your problem.
- When I launch a Deluxe title, I get a 'No Page to Display' error or a blank screen.
To fix this error start your Internet Explorer and go to Tools, Internet Options. Click on the Connections tab, then click on the Lan Settings box, uncheck the "Automatically detect settings" and "use automatic configuration script" boxes. Below that make sure the Proxy server box is unchecked as well.
Please make sure you do not have a popup blocker or firewall configured to deny the games access to the internet.
Make sure your internet browser security settings are not set too high. Go to Tools, Internet Options, Security, and set the Internet setting to default level.
