1. Why can't I download new pictures?
   If you have firewall software installed, you may need to configure it to allow the game to communicate with the internet.
   
   
2. Why don't my custom pictures show up in the game?
   First, make sure the "Show Custom Pictures" option is checked in the Options menu. Also, make sure you've added pictures for all of the different train car sizes.
   
   
3. If I remove a custom picture, will it delete it from my original copy from my hard drive?
   No. The custom pictures are always copies of the original picture file on your hard drive. Only the copy (which is only used by the game) will be removed. The game will never modify the original picture files on your hard drive.
