1. All my clips have disappeared.
   The program looks for its clips in one of two locations. If they suddenly disappear then you have either inadvertently selected the wrong location or you have just installed a new version and it has defaulted to the wrong location.
   To fix it, click the options button and change the data location option.
   
   
2. How can I copy text from Adobe Acrobat Reader?
   To copy text from Acrobat Reader, right click somewhere in the text. In the popup menu, click the item "Allow hand tool to select text" Place the hand at the beginning of the text you want to copy and wait. The hand will then change to the I bar and you can select text to copy.
   
   
3. When I copy from some programs, I get the error message "Cannot open Clipboard" , "OpenClipboard Failed" or a similar message.
   This can happen if you use the keyboard to copy (Ctrl+C) and hold down the keys long enough for the keyboard repeat to kick in. Your program generates the error because it cannot create a second clip while this program is still recording the first one.
   To avoid this problem if you use Ctrl+C, it doesn't matter how long you hold down the Ctrl key, but don't hold down the C key - just tap it.
