Preparation for printing

To prepare for printing, select the necessary file and press "Tools" - "Prepare to print or web".

In the next step the user can choose format from the list. Formats list content depends from the selection, which was made in the first step.

At the last step the user can select the area and set up other parameters.
Following parameters can be set up

Select needed format.
Resolution using for printing.
Color and width of the frame, if width = 0, the frame is not displayed.
Text, its color, parameters of the font and placing on the image.

To prepare that is sufficient to make the following actions:

Choose the necessary print format,
Select by the frame the image area to be printed,
Enter if necessary the text and frame parameters,
Press the button "Create file..." and choose the catalogue and the file name to place the file.

This way of preparing a file for printing is much faster that using a graphic editor to cut and scale the image.
