3. Why the recorded video is blank?
   This may happen because the player that is being recorded is using hardware acceleration. The solution is to disable hardware acceleration in the player before recording it. If you are using Windows Media Player, you can change it from the software's "Tools> Options> Performance", and set the item "Hardware Acceleration" to "None".
   
4. Why can't I record audio?
   Firstly, make sure that you had checked the item "Record Audio" in Options Dialog.
   Secondly, run the command "sndvol32.exe /r" from your computer's "Start -> Run ...", then the Recording Control panel window will appear. Click the menu "Options > Properties", and choose correct mixer from the drop-down list, set the radio to "Record" and check all the items, then click "OK" button to close Properties dialog.
   
   Finally, in the Recording Control panel window, select the "Microphone" device and set the volume to a higher value, uncheck the "Mute" options. If you want to record sound from media files or online movie, you should select "Stereo Mix" instead.
   
5. Why is the audio out of sync with video?
   This may happen for some video codec, you may try to change to another video compressor in Options Dialog. And please close other applications that takes resources during recording.
