Recipe Catalog is a great program and easy to use. With it you can create your own categories, add ingredients, input your recipes, and immediately see detailed information about calories, fat, protein, fiber, vitamins, and minerals.

Recipe Catalog automatically builds shopping lists. You select the recipes that will be prepared over the next few days, and the software displays both the ingredient and the amount you should buy.

Recipe Catalog also allows you to keep a daily food diary to keep track of your nutrition needs.

You may share recipes with others through the upload/download feature of Recipe Catalog. Upload recipes to share them with others or download recipes that others have posted.
