- I click "Login" and nothing happens. What do I do?
This happens if you are missing certain files needed to log in. Without these files, you can not log in. You may want to look in your recycle bin and see if you can recover any .wsw files that were possibly deleted. If you are still unable to log in, send an email to admin@weddlesoftware.com with the subject "Login File".
- How do I save it?
You don't have to, as it updates on-the-fly. This means no lost data due to computer crashes or lock-ups.
- How do I change my User Name and/or password?
Your user name and password can both be changed once you log in. Once you are in, click "Edit", then choose "Login/Password Properties".
