Frequently Asked Questions - Korean FlashCards
- Why are my exported XFL files so large?
Immediately after you key in your credit card number on our site and proceed to the next screen, our software encrypts your information so that no one, including you and all of our employees, will ever see your card number. Your encrypted credit information is immediately transmitted to a system that can check your credit status and approve your purchase. In this process, no person ever sees your credit card number, and there is no risk of interception.
When Word Files are exported in XFL format and the option to include sound
recordings is chosen, the sound data is saved in a raw WAVE format. Raw WAVE
data is uncompressed and can be very large -- for example 10 seconds of WAVE
data is over half a megabyte (640,060 bytes to be exact). XFL sound data is saved
in mono, 16 bit, 20.5 MHZ PCM format. An option is included which allows sound recordings to be excluded from exported
XFL files.
