1. The program is unable to download properly, why and how to do?
   Please check whether virus has infected your computer. Maybe your IE setting is not perfect, please click "Internet option" under "Tools", and then select the "General" Page, just click "Delete file", that will be ok!

   Click on the link. Save the file to a temporary folder. Open the temporary folder , then click on the installation file (.exe)
