The library in the Earbuilder
The Library is where you will go to create, edit and delete intervals, scales, and chords. This program comes with enough intervals, scales and chords to keep you busy for quite a while, however for those of you who must have total control over configuring the editor it have provided you with the library.
It is basically done by numbers and is mapped to the keyboard. Take a look at the other interval examples and it will become clear how to construct an interval. Scale construction is also simple with the inclusion of a virtual keyboard. The trickiest of the three construction methods is the chord construction and really it's not that tricky at all. Just make sure that if you want to flat a chordal tone you place the lower case b after the interval you want to flat, and a pound sign ( # ) for notes you want to sharp.
