Activating or deactivating the bombsNotice the bomb icon just below the clock. During the game, bombs will bounce around the screen. If one hits the Name of Note, it explodes, and you lose one life.NOTE. The higher the pace of the game (Adagio, Moderato, or Allegro) and the higher your score, the faster the bombs. Deactivating the bombs You can play without the bombs. To deactivate them, click on the bomb icon. It will explode and be replaced by an exploded bomb icon that will disappear when you start playing. NOTE. When you play without the bombs in "Beginner mode", the Name of Note cannot be destroyed and you cannot lose lives. The life indicator in the upper left corner of the screen is therefore turned off. Activating the bombs To activate the bombs, click on the exploded bomb icon in the start-up screen. The bomb icon will then re-appear. Shooting down the bombs It is always a good idea to destroy the wandering bombs when you can. Indeed, new bombs appear all the time, and after a while, dodging them all becomes almost impossible. Furthermore, every time a bombs hits a border of the screen and bounces back, its speed increases slightly. To destroy a bomb, shoot a missile at it from any Name of Note. IMPORTANT NOTE. When a missile hits a bomb, only the bomb is destroyed, not the missile. Clearing the bombs with the Del key Pressing the Del key on your keyboard will destroy all the bombs on your screen. WARNING: you cannot clear the bombs more than once during any given game! Frequently Asked Questions - Happy Note! Treble Clef and Bass Clef
