Prism SB (static beam) static stress and deflection analysis of beams. Beams can be loaded with forces, moments, distributed loads and support displacements. View plots of stresses, deflections, frequency response and more. Eight standard cross sections types (H, C, L, T, rectangular and round bars and tubing) plus custom cross section designer. A library of US standard structural sections is included.

- Linear finite element analysis (FEA) of beams using line (Euler Beam) elements.
- Easily define beam cross sections. Prism can read AutoCAD dxf drawings of beam cross sections.
- Element masses modeled as continuous, distributed masses rather than lumped masses.

- Minimum 6 DOF per node
