1. Why can I only use 30 times?
   GS Typing Tutor is a shareware, not a freeware, this is a trial version, before you purchase it, and it is only used 30 times. If you want continue use it, you should pay a fee to unlock.
   
   
2. When I press the right SHIFT key or the right ALT key, the keyboard on the screen displays the left, why?
   If you are running the program under the Windows 95, 98 or Me, the simulation keyboard is not able to distinguish whether the ALT, CTRL and SHIFT keys is left or right.
   
   
3. I have completed a number of tests, but I can see nothing in the "Know Improvement", why?
   If you do not check the option "Save the result" in the result dialog box, your test grade will not be stored, so you can not realize your development of skill.
   
   
4. I don't want to be taught with the specific letters like as YY FF YF FY, I'd like to the real words to practice.
   You may specify the practice mode to skip the phase of the Basic Practice, click the "Settings" on the main screen, and switch to the tab "Typing", and select the "performance mode" under the practice mode list.
   
   
5. How to remove a user account?
   
   1. Open Windows Explorer, and browse to the typing account folder(e.g. c:\program files\grasssoft\typing\data\account").
   2. Just locate the user account file(*.dat) and delete it.
   
   
   
6. I'd like to be taught by the one-hand typing course, how do I?
   You may select the corresponding keyboard layout to activate the course. If you have a Dvorak, please select the Dvorak left hand keyboard or Dvorak right hand keyboard, you still learn the one-hand typing on the standard English US keyboard, just select the English US left hand keyboard or right hand keyboard.
