Use this sheet to create and manage your base-information.

All fields are useful, AMS make them as macros to use for subjects, signatures and templates.

AMS suggests that your create them first, so as to reduce your repeated works.

Groups manual

Function

Use this sheet to create and mange groups of contact, so as to manage your contacts.

Manual

In this sheet, you can create, edit and delete groups, all commands only affect the selection group (the highlighting item).

Note

Can not edit or delete the system default groups, their postfix are asterisk (*).

Contacts manual

Function

Use this sheet to create and manage your contacts, all contacts can use for mails.

Tree View (left)
List all groups, use it to change group.

Contacts list box (top right corner)
List contacts in current group.

Freeform Content box (bottom right corner)
Display detail of current contact.
