1. I just installed FTP Voyager, but Drag and Drop does not work?
   After installation you must restart Windows.
   
   
2. I just installed FTP Voyager and rebooted, but Drag and Drop does not work.
   It's possible that you're running Windows NT and don't have privileges to install software.
   
   
3. I have an NT based FTP Server. I want to see both drives C and D. How do I do that?
   If you need to seem them both at the same time, the best way is to create a Folder Short Cut that points to the drive. Otherwise, you may also create a separate site for drive C and for drive D.
   
   
4. When I upload my web site to my server, FTP Voyager delays for a long time before starting the download. Why does it do this?
   You probably have "Upload Newer Files Only" selected in the Options Dialog. FTP Voyager opens each folder in the destination folder before uploading. The delay is a result of the multi-tasking capabilities of FTP Voyager and the desire to make the "Upload Newer Files" operation as fast as possible for the majority of users.
   
   
5. How can I do a silent install, where the installer doesn't present dialog boxes?
   Download the software, then start it from "Start | Run", adding the following parameters after the file name: /silent or /verysilent For example: ftpvsetup.exe /silent or ftpvsetup.exe /verysilent
