1. I Lost a window. What can I do?
   Window Hotkeys remembers the windows it has hidden. If you need to recover a window, restart Window Hotkeys, and you should see that window in the list. Double click on the list item. Click the Unhidden option. The window should now appear down in your taskbar.
   
   
2. Why would I want to use secure deletion?
   When a file is deleted by Windows (even if the Recycle Bin is emptied), it is not actually deleted. It is only removed from the list of available files. an image of that file remains on the hard drive, and can be recovered by inexpensive undelete utilities.
   
   
3. What type of spy programs does Wincognito's Detect Surveillance detect?
   Currently Detect Surveillance is oriented toward keystroke and mouse recorders, as opposed to Adware. In the future, the product may be expanded to cover both areas.
   
   
4. Can Detect Surveillance detect every spy program?
   While it is impossible to detect every program, we have made every effort to cover the most common programs. We continue to research and detect new espionage programs. Check our site periodically for updates to the detection files.
