1. What is it?
   
   ZeroPoint Search is a new type of search software. It is not a so-called "browser toolbar" that takes up valuable screen space. It will appear at the top of the content pane of your Internet Explorer browser when you conduct searches at most major Internet search engines and e-commerce sites. It provides a set of tabs with one-click access to results for your current search at several other major sites.
   
   
2. You accept advertising. What kind of advertisements are shown? Are they intrusive?
   
   The only "advertisements" the software will display to you are within the tabs the software displays when you search. These are not "advertisements" in the way that we normally think about them. They are simply tabs that appear on the ZeroPoint Search result tabs, in addition to our search engine tabs. These tabs are for sites that are related to what you are searching for. They are visually no different from the rest of the tabs. They appear only when you are searching - you will never see ZeroPoint Search or its tabs anywhere else. In short, it is the least intrusive form of advertising ever conceived.
   
   
3. Do you show banner advertising or alter the content of any sites I visit?
   
   No. The software only displays itself when you are searching, and does not include banner advertising in any form. It does alter the displayed content of any sites you visit.
   
   
4. Privacy: What kind of data do you collect?
   
   Its servers receive search queries for the sole purpose of telling the software what tabs to show. All search query data is cleared from its databases every 12 hours, with the exception of general user-base wide statistics (e.g. how many total searches by all users have been conducted). It never collect user-specific information. In short, at ZeroPoint Search Solutions your searches are exactly that - yours.
   
   
5. Does it work with Firefox?
   
   Unfortunately, it can't work with Firefox currently.
   
   
6. How do I disable the Recommendation engine?
   
   At any time, you can disable the Recommendation engine feature by downloading this file, putting it in the main directory where you installed ZeroPoint, and restarting your computer. ZeroPoint Search will still continue to be fully functional.
