1. What happens after I send in the order?
   You will receive an email confirming your order shortly after sending the online order form. Then, within 24 hours, you will receive a second email with your registration name, code, and instructions to get started!
   
   
2. How does it start working?
   Just input start url and project title, 1st Webcollector will start the file download with default settings.
   
   
3. How to specify file types for downloading?
   On the "File type" page of "New project property pages dialog box" or "Set project property pages dialog box", mark the "Other types" checkbox. Input the file extension into "Extension". For example, if you want to download mp3 files, input mp3 into "Extension", if you want to download mpg file, input mpg into "Extension". You may specify five file types at the same time.
   
   
4. How to download 200 files concurrently?
   On the "Option" page of "New project property pages dialog box" or "Set project property pages dialog box", input 200 into "Simultaneous downloads", the maximum for "Simultaneous downloads" is 200. Only registered version allows 200 simultaneous download, evaluation version allows 20 simultaneous downloads.
   
   
5. How to resume the broken or paused file download?
   On the "Option" page of "New project property pages dialog box" or "Set project property pages dialog box", in the "if matching file exist" section, select "try to resume download".
   
   
6. How to change the background?
   On the tool menu, select change background command.
