Encrypt a file and restore it
Copy files to USB mobile disk and carry out encryption:
- Press [Encrypt File] button on the toolbar, or select [Run] - [Encrypt File] in main menu to switch to encrypt file mode. This will open the "Encryption Folder" in your USB mobile disk to the application.
- Press [Import] button on the toolbar. From the window that opens, select source files or folders using the disk explorer window, then press the [Add] button at the right bottom of the explorer window.
- Tick the checkbox Delete file(s) option at the left bottom of explorer window, if you would like to delete source files or folders after they are copied to your USB mobile disk.
To restore them:
- Use mouse to select files or folders for decryption. You can press Ctrl or Shift key to make multiple selections, or hold down the left button of mouse to select objects from your screen.
- Press [Export] button on the toolbar, select the destination directory and then press [OK].
- Enter password for encryption. If the password is valid, the application will start coping files and carrying the decryption.
- Double click selected file will also carry out the [Export] function.
- If [Open Destination Folder after Export] option was checked, then Window will open the destination folder automatically for your use.
