1. How to tell if the video conversion works well or not?
   When the software converts a video format to another, a video being playing on the left of the conversion dialog means that the process is going well.
   
   
2. Why do the Avi , Divx and Xvid output files only have sound?
   If the file is AVI file, you need to install a codec. To download and install the codec, goto http://www.divxmovies.com or http://www divx.com.
   
   
3. Why can't I convert the mov file to others?
   Please install the QuickTime Player
   
   
4. Why are there mottles in the output file?
   Click Menu "Option"->"wipe off the mottle".
   
   
5. What is a mottle?
   In video display systems, noise that ?
   (a) is uniformly distributed on the display surface, such as that of a television or radar screen.
   (b) has the appearance of a uniform distribution of fixed or moving spots, mottling, or speckling.
   (c) is usually caused by random noise on an intensity-modulated signal in a display device, for example a cathode-ray tube.
