- How to activate AccelClip when it is already running?
To activate AccelClip double click over icon "AccelClip" on system tray or press Ctrl+Shift+L keys.
- How to paste one of recently used clipboard fragments?
First of all, press Shift+Ctrl+` keys to show AccelClip and activate Windows Clipboard collection. Then, select required clip and double click over it to paste directly into application you work with.
Note, that there are some special shortcuts:
Shift+Ctrl+V - paste previous clip (the clip, used before currently placed in clipboard).
Shift+Ctrl+2 - revert the last clip
Shift+Ctrl+3 - paste clip no. 3
- How to paste the part of image from a file to my document?
How to paste the part of image from a file to my document?
Activate AccelClip and display Files Browser. You can do this with Shift+Ctrl+B keys. In Files Browser, select a required file, it will be automatically loaded into clips viewer where you can select any part of image and paste into your document.
- How can I make a screen shot?
Press Alt+PrnScr to capture desktop image into clipboard. Then, activate AccelClip and select the first clip in Windows Clipboard collection. You find screen shot in AccelClip viewer. There you can select a required part of image and paste it directly into editing document, or save to file in JPEG, BMP of GIF format.
- I wish prevent AccelClip to capture too small or too large text fragments. Is it possible?
Yes, there is a special option. Select Preferences from a File menu and on the tab "Clipboard" adjust maximal and minimal size of capturing clips.
- Can I turn off automatic viewing of files and clips?
Yes. Un check the menu View - View automatically. Now you can preview files and clips with double click.
- How to save a clip into a file?
Select any clip and use menu File - Save as ... You can save data in one of supported formats.
- Can I place a clip into another collection instead Windows Clipboard?
Yes. Drag clip and drop into appropriate collection. Also, you can reorder clips in the same collection, and drag/drop clips into any applications.
