1. Q: How to install the program?
   To install the program, simply run 'setup.exe' - this will launch the installer. The install process is simple and you have a chance to change the install directory.
   
   After the Setup is completed, you are able to access the application settings from the Start menu under Programs/ "program name".
   
   
2. Q: How to uninstall the program?
   To uninstall the program:
   1. Close the program.
   2. Open the folder...Program Files/"program's name".
   3. Run Uninstall.exe.
   Also you can run Ununstall.exe from Start/Programs/"program's name".
   
   
3. Q: What happens after I sent the online order?
   You will receive an email confirming your order shortly after sending the online order form. Then, within 1 hour, you will receive a second email with your registration name, code, and instructions to get started!
