  1. Q: I cannot uninstall the program. It reports that uninstall.log is not found.
    A: Reinstall the program, and then try to uninstall it again. If it doesn't help, remove the folder "C:\Program Files\AusLogic BoostSpeed" and the program group in Start menu.

  2. Q: the program fails with an error (Access Violation, Run-time Error, etc.)
    A: Update the program from our web site. If it doesn't help, uninstall the program and make sure the folder at "C:\Program Files\AusLogic BoostSpeed" is empty. Then install again. If the problem is still there, contact technical support.

  3. Q: Live Update doesn't work on my computer
    A: Make sure the computer is connected to the Internet and the firewall doesn't block Live Update connections. Live Update may not work if the program site doesn't work, as well.

  4. Q: I lost my registration information, can you re-send it?
    A: Visit the program purchase web page and send a request for a new license (free).

  5. Q: My license code doesn't work for a new version

    A: Options not applicable with your Windows version are grayed out.

  8. Q: Why doesn't Uninstall Manager show sizes of some of the programs installed on my computer?
    A: This information is retrieved from the registry. If the program cannot get this information from the registry, it will display Unknown. Click Calculate button and the program will try to get this data.
