Frequently Asked Questions - PowerZip
- I've typed-in my Product Key and I get a message saying it's invalid. What should I do?
The Product Key is too long to be typed in manually. No matter how careful you are or how many times you check it, it's very easy to make and not notice a typo like a Z instead of a 2 or to swap two letters around. Please don't type in the Product Key. Instead, please follow the instructions in your Product Key e-mail to copy and paste the Product Key.
- I'm using Outlook Express and I cannot save or open Zip attachments. Why is that?
This is due to a new "security feature" in Microsoft Outlook Express 6.0 SP1. For more information (including how to turn it off), please see please see Microsoft Knowledge Base Article 329570.
- Can I get PowerZip on CD?
Yes, you can at an additional cost of $10 US. To order PowerZip on CD, please select CD-ROM as the delivery method when ordering PowerZip. However, we strongly recommend you use electronic delivery instead:
-
You will save $10 in shipping in handling
