With DVD to DVD Copy you could create DVD from video folder on a hard drive, VOB files or a UDF file; create UDF image file from single-layer DVD, dual-layer DVD, video folder or VOB files on a hard drive. DVD to DVD Copy can remove region code but doesn't allow duplication of CSS-encrypted DVDs.
